Goal: Craft clear TLMP recommendations – basic framework: 12 month time-out from timber sales in undeveloped areas along w/timber sales going forward in currently developed areas of forest with examination and reshaping of the Standards and Guides to make them more economic; examine pipeline of existing timber sales. Use for one-year period to test the framework and to more fully develop working relationships and a longer-term or permanent solution.
